Microsoft Project - Creating and Managing Projects ◄--Click on title for Course Outline

This two-day course will teach you how to use Microsoft Project to create and manage the big and little jobs.  The first half covers the basics you need to get started.  Learn how to insert tasks, resources, constraints, relationships, costs, and utilize Project’s many reports.  The second half covers managing the project.  Learn how to set a baseline, and an interim plan. Learn how to modify reports, and create subprojects and resource pools.  This course is two full days.   (2003 / 2007 / 2010 courses)

Prerequisites: Previous Windows experience, and Word or Excel Introduction.
