NEW COURSE!
This half-day class is designed to give you the skills necessary to
create “fillable” forms using the built in form tools of Adobe
Acrobat 9 Professional. You will learn design approaches to creating
forms; the Form toolbar; how to add form fields (text, check boxes,
radio button, list boxes); how to set form properties/behaviors; how
to set tab order; and how to add action buttons to clear forms or
submit form via e-mail. Note: This class does not cover
use of Adobe LiveCycle.
Prerequisites: Basic Windows and word-processing experience,
plus some exposure to Acrobat Professional.

In Acrobat Introduction (Professional version
8.0) , you will explore the Acrobat work environment, and
practice creating and manipulating Portable Document Format (PDF)
files. Some of the topics you will cover include: how to create a
PDF file, how to modify a PDF file by adding navigation to it, how
to annotate (add additional comments to) a PDF file, how to add
security to PDF documents, and how to distribute PDF's.
Prerequisites: Windows Introduction or previous Windows
experience.

In Acrobat (Professional version 8.0) you will
learn to convert technical documents to PDF files, enhance and
control PDF content accessibility, customize PDF documents for
interactive use online (creating forms / form fields), and prepare
PDFs for commercial printing.
Prerequisites: Acrobat Introduction or previous experience.

In this
hands-on, instructor-led course, students will learn how to use
Dreamweaver CS5 to create and modify Web sites. Students will
learn how to plan and define a Web site; create pages and format
text; define structural elements; create and apply CSS style rules;
insert and modify tables, images, and links; test and manage Web
site files; and publish a site.
Prerequisites: Previous Windows experience, plus internet
and word processing skills.

Dreamweaver Advanced ◄-- Click

New CS5 Version:
This course
will benefit students who want to learn how to use Dreamweaver CS5
to create and modify Web sites. Students will learn how to
design pages with CSS, create and apply templates and server-side
includes, and build accessible forms that validate user information.
Students will also learn how to position elements and apply
behaviors, add multimedia files, integrate XML-based data, transform
XML with XSLT, and collaborate with other site developers. Students
should have basic experience with Dreamweaver CS5 and should know
how to use it for such tasks as defining sites, inserting elements
and modifying properties, and managing site files.
Prerequisites: Previous Windows experience, Dreamweaver
Introduction or equivalent knowledge.
