Once your registration is received, a seat(s) has
been reserved for you for this class(es) therefore SST is unable to
use this position for another student. If you are unable to attend
please notify our office at least five (5) business days prior to the
class date to avoid being charged for this class. Students who cancel
or reschedule with less than five full business days notice are
charged the full price of their class but may repeat at a later date
on a space available basis at no additional charge.
SST reserves the right to cancel classes with
insufficient enrollments. If this happens to a class you are confirmed
to attend, you will be offered the same rate for the next available
class.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Our goal is to provide our clients with nothing
less than the best in computer training. Therefore, we stand behind
our services with the following guarantee. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with our training services, we will make every effort to
correct the problem. Actions might include repeat of the class for no
additional fee, one-on-one tutoring, or refund of the fee. In the
event of a refund, all materials must be returned. Any claims of
dissatisfaction must be made within 30 days of the date of the class.
SST’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid.
Class Retake Policy:
If you need a refresher course in order to master
a particular subject, SST invites you to retake the same course any
time within six months of the day you initially attended the class (or
up to one year with approval from SST).
Attendance is on a space available basis for courses still offered in
our current course schedule. No additional cost required.
